General Information

Our Island Campus program is available for children from infancy (6 weeks old) through Pre-K (5 years old) and is year round. See the Parent Handbook for list of observed holidays and closings. Children must be the age level of the enrolled class by September 1st of the upcoming year. Our Island Campus hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 6:00pm.
Our West Campus program is available for children entering Three’s and VPK and is part-time and school year only. Our West Campus hours of operation are MWF: 8:30am-2:00pm and TTH: 8:30am-4:00pm.



Our curriculum is based on thematic units of study incorporating learning centers and developmentally appropriate activities. Our teachers incorporate The Creative Curriculum, Handwriting Without Tears, Funshine Express, Florida VPK Standards, and the Pocet evaluation system. We encourage parents to be actively involved with their child’s program.

Florida’s Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK program)

Anastasia Baptist Childcare is an approved VPK provider. VPK is Florida’s voluntary prekindergarten for children who are 4 years old by September 1 and reside in Florida. *Full time children enrolled in VPK at Anastasia must pay an additional wrap fee. Please visit the Episcopal Children’s Services for detailed information about the program.
